This Frozen Flame Ice Torches Kit will be a cool addition to your Fire and Ice or Hot and Cold Prom theme. Set up the icy torch structures on the Ice or Cold side of your theme (pair them with our matching Blazing Flame Torches Kit to represent the fire side) to complete the look. The kit includes printed plastic pieces, blue flood lights, and materials needed to create two 42" high x 25" diameter torch structures with 16" high x 14" wide printed plastic ice flames.
